
Hyrox
Hyrox is an event that has become increasingly popular in recent years. Participants complete various exercises at eight stations. Between each station there is a 1000-meter timed run.
You can prepare for these events in our Hyrox courses. We work specifically on the 8 exercises and combine them with running or the use of other ergometers. In addition, we also regularly build up strength to create the basis so that the sled, lunges or wallball shots feel less difficult.
In addition to the pure Hyrox exercises, other functional movements with the barbell, dumbbells or your own body weight are added so that our training remains as varied as possible and new training stimuli are constantly being introduced. Regular visitors to our Hyrox courses have already been able to significantly improve their times at the Hyrox events.
Getting started: Participants who are familiar with the Hyrox exercises and also have experience with the barbell (squats + deadlifts) can book the Hyrox courses directly via a contract, aggregator (Wellpass, Wellhub) or individual tickets. If you do not have the relevant previous experience, we recommend attending the general beginners seminar or our Hyrox Prep seminar on the 6th of April @ CFMWest, bookable via the Eversports app.
If you want to prepare for a Hyrox competition yourself, you can find all the equipment including sleds at the following locations: Main, West and South. Unfortunately, there is no artificial turf with sleds at the East.

We are offering a Hyrox Seminar for advanced athletes who have already competed in some Hyrox competitions on July 13, 2025, at our Main location.
We are delighted to have been able to secure the participation of multiple Hyrox winner and winner of this year’s CrossFit Open (worldwide), Mirjam von Rohr, who also recently qualified for the 2025 CrossFit Games. This young Swiss athlete is an incredibly versatile athlete who has managed to compete in weightlifting, powerlifting, CrossFit, or Hyrox almost every weekend this year, performing at a truly top level. Considering the different demands, this is an extremely impressive achievement. She has been giving Hyrox seminars in Switzerland for some time, and the Hyrox seminar at CrossFit Munich will be her first seminar outside of Switzerland. She has achieved her Hyrox successes primarily through strong performances at the stations, thus effectively offsetting the advantages of the less muscular athletes from endurance sports in running. In this respect, you’ll receive numerous efficiency and tactical tips for each of the eight exercises during the seminar. Registration is via Miram directly using this form:
