CrossFit is a comprehensive strength and conditioning training that is based on functional exercises that vary constantly and are performed with high intensity.

We attach great importance not to specialize in individual disciplines, but to achieve continuous improvements in all areas like cardiovascular endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, accuracy and balance.

CrossFit ist for Everybody!

Everyone can do CrossFit regardless of age, injuries and current fitness level. The program can be modified for each athlete to help him or her become fitter and healthier. Grandparents and Olympians- and everyone in between – can perform modified versions of the same workout.

Training in small Groups

Training takes place in small groups, always under the supervision of experienced trainers. A regular training session lasts one hour. It usually includes a general warm-up, a technical or strength part and the Workout of the Day (WOD) which is the heart of every training session.
