Personal Training
If you’re looking to improve your performance or get back on track after a break, personal training can help you make serious progress. Whether it’s technique work in weightlifting, mobility, competition prep, or a gentle start into training – our coaches are here for you 1:1, whatever your goal may be.
Personal training sessions are available upon request – one-on-one or in small groups.

Nutrition Coaching
Fuel your body right – Regular training is only half the story. A balanced diet is essential for a strong, healthy body. Whether you want to boost performance or improve recovery, what you eat plays a major role.
With so much confusing advice out there, it’s easy to feel lost. That’s where our coaches – like Nutrition Coach Claire – step in. With a practical and personalized approach, she’ll help you develop an eating plan that fits your life and goals.
Nutrition coaching takes place in one-on-one sessions.
Rates
Intro session: €65 for non-members, €50 for members
Further rates depend on frequency and focus areas.

Corporate Teambuilding Events
Sweating together, pushing through a workout, and feeling those post-WOD endorphins as a team – there’s something about training that brings people together. And that energy often carries over into a more positive workplace vibe.
Our corporate events (up to 18 participants) involve small teams of 2–3 people sharing the workout based on individual strengths and preferences. All workouts are beginner-friendly and fully scalable, ensuring that everyone – regardless of fitness level – can join in and have fun.

Starting at €160 (net) per hour
Sessions last about 60 minutes. Events are available outside peak hours and on weekends.

Photo & Video Production
Need an authentic gym vibe for your next shoot? We’re happy to rent out our spaces for photo or video productions during off-peak hours – typically between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM on weekdays.
Rates
For smaller productions: €70 (net) per hour, reduced to €60 per hour for bookings of 3+ hours.
For larger productions, we’ll gladly prepare a custom offer.

Kids’ Birthday Workouts
We now offer birthday workouts for kids at our South location – a response to growing demand and the huge smiles we’ve seen at past events! Here’s what to expect:
– Up to 12 kids.
– Minimum age: 8 years.
– From 1:30 PM on Saturdays, parents can decorate the front area and set up cake, snacks, and gifts at the big table.
– The actual birthday workout (led by a certified CrossFit Kids coach) kicks off at 3:00 PM and runs for about an hour.
– Afterwards, you can enjoy the space until 5:00 PM for cake and presents. Please make sure everything is tidied up by then.
